Big idea
We make owning a German car more affordable.
The Problem
German cars are expensive to buy new and when they break or
need maintenance they are expensive to repair.
The parts are expensive and the amount of time it takes to make the repairs
can be extensive. They also require a
wide assortment of expensive tools to make the repair.
When you take your German car back to the dealer you get oem
quality parts, factory trained
technicians, loaner cars, free food and a free detail. Some dealers even offer a pickup and delivery
service.
All these amenities come at a high price that you are paying
for. Most dealers need to make over a
million dollars a month just to pay the bills.
Just about everyone there gets paid on some sort of commission basis. This includes the technicians which get paid
on a flat rate basis and the service writer that get paid a percentage of the
cash work they sell.
This is why you pay a premium for taking your car back to
the dealer. Don't get me wrong product
knowledge has its advantages. They get
to see the same problems on the same cars over and over and in most cases they
know what is wrong with your car in the first few minutes of talking with
you. While an independent shop that is
not familiar with your car brand may take days or weeks to make the same
repair.
Our Solution for you.
We have a stable of factory trained technicians most with
over 25 years experience with your brand.
We consult with them and bring them in only when needed which keeps our
overhead low so we can pass the savings on to our customers.
Features
We can offer OEM quality parts, aftermarket German parts
which are the same as OEM but in a box with a different label, Chinese
aftermarket parts and used parts from junk yards and wholesalers.
Benefits of owning a German car.
People buy German cars for many reasons status, quality and performance being the most
popular.
One of the best
qualities of a German car is if they are properly maintained they drive the
same with 10 miles as they do with 300,000 miles. The down side is along the way they will
require expensive repairs.
We can on occasion pick your car up and drop it off if you
make special arrangements in advance. We
can offer you options in the parts we use.
We can install the same factory parts from the dealers and cheaper
alternatives. We can also get used parts
at a steep discount. Used parts
typically don't come with any warranty. It's
the you only get what you pay for policy of the junk yard industry.
Economics
We don't have loaner cars,
we don't feed you, we don't have
flat screen TV's or free day care. We
didn't spend a million dollars on tile floors or a shop that looks like a Vegas
casino.
We keep our costs low so we can pass the saving on to our clients.
We keep our costs low so we can pass the saving on to our clients.
We require a $500 minimum authorization to work on your
car. That does not mean it will always
cost $500 to fix something. It means if
you are not willing to spend $500 to fix your car we are not willing to work on
it.
We don't have time to play phone tag. If your car is in the shop and it will cost less than $500 to repair we will not call you except to tell you your car is ready for pickup.
We don't have time to play phone tag. If your car is in the shop and it will cost less than $500 to repair we will not call you except to tell you your car is ready for pickup.
Bottom line is we can repair your German car for less than
the dealer and get you back on the road.
Next Steps
We don't do walk ins or waiters. Your time and our time is very valuable and work
by a strict schedule.
In most cases we are
booked three weeks in advance. We do
from time to time get cancellations and will fill them from our wait list on a
first come first serve basis.
